When owners Patrick and Timirie Shibley think of home, Wichita, they think of “Doo-Dah”.

The term Doo-Dah means;  Another nickname for Wichita, KS. Although the origin of the term is unknown, it has been known to reference the laid-back, whimsical attitude felt by some visitors to the city.

Doo-Dah Diner will be available for Private Parties in the evenings, Corporate Box Lunches, Carry-Out, Catering and will offer Free Delivery on orders $25 or more.
