Doo-Dah Diner is a landmark destination for gourmet American comfort food. Founded in 2012 by husband and wife duo, Patrick and Timirie Shibley, in their hometown Wichita, KS, the diner has won over not only the hearts of the local community foodies, but also visitors from across the country. Today, the diner continues under the stewardship of longtime customers, Jeff and Jay Miller.
The effervescent love that fills the diner is not only a key ingredient in every painstakingly delicious from-scratch dish, but is extended to every person who enters our doors.
